all bedrooms are ensuite with toiletries and full size baths towels provided
rooms have 6ft beds and french windows leading to private patios with table and chairs with views over the Bath valley and Salisbury hill
breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9.30
one room has a small kitchenet att to it with washing machine dryer micro fridge
so if you have been traveling you can use all the facilities and catch up also make sandwiches for picnics etc
we are a modern split level house build into the hill side over looking the beautiful city of Bath and the Bath valley we have 2 beautiful rooms on a down stair level leading out to the garden that we do not use so have decided to let them out for B&B guests
we are not used to having an empty house and love guests in and out guests can be self contained down stairs and have there own entrance and exit but can also use the main front door of the house we have a long drive way and parking is free walk to the bus stop and bus into Bath
we are a small B&B deep in the heart of the country over looking the beautiful city of Bath on a bus route into the city we are in easy driving distance of Lacock/Stonehenge/Longleat/and the Cotswolds
A small local pub is within walking distance severing meals Tuesday to Sunday lunch
