Property information

Stylish two bedroom holiday home with its own hot tub and wonderful views over the hills towards the estuary and out to the sea beyond. Located just a few miles from Barnstaple in Devon, Springfield Linney is ideally located for relaxing break in a quiet tranquil location and is within easy reach of the surfing beaches at Saunton (only a 15 minute drive away), Croyde and Woolacombe.

Neighbourhood information

Springfield Linney is located in the village of Marwood, just 3.5 miles north of Barnstaple in North Devon. It is a lovely rural setting, and the village itself is home to the Marwood Hill Gardens and tearooms. The glorious beaches and well renowned surf at Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are all just a short drive away. There are numerous footpaths and bridleways around the local area, perfect for walkers. Exmoor National Park is also only a short drive away too. Restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets can be found in nearby Barnstaple, Braunton and Ilfracombe, plus there are plenty of local family attractions. It really does offer a great base for a quiet break but still has plenty to do and see nearby.
