Newly refurbished 2 bedroom chalet with free parking. We are a family owners of a self catering detached small stone chalet in a quiet patch of 100 acres of unspoilt woodland on the site of John Fowler St Ives Holiday Park. The chalet provides an ideal base for a couple or small family with plenty of car parking near the chalet. Guests can make use of the park facilities (passes can be purchased at the Clubhouse reception for a small fee), which include a shop, swimming pool, games room, restaurant and evening entertainment between February and November. Fabulous woodland walks are on the doorstep where you’ll find a nature trail, children’s play and picnic area with swings and a zip wire and opportunity to explore the wildlife. The chalet was refurbished in 2023, consisting of a small double and twin bedroom, fully equipped open plan kitchen and living area with dishwasher and flat screen TV. The new bathroom has an electric shower to wash away the sand and salt from the beach. Outside is a small patio with table to enjoy alfresco dining or a glass of wine. WIFI is being installed and will be up and running in summer 2024, complimentary WIFI is available at the Clubhouse. We supply bed linen, towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, soap and tea towels. Please bring your own beach towels. You will find milk, tea and coffee on arrival to help you settle in and survey the scene. There is an hourly bus service to St Ives and the surrounding area where you’ll find an extravaganza of cultural delights from the Barbara Hepworth Museum, Tate St Ives, many independent galleries and shops in the cobbled streets as well as delicious cafes and restaurants. The chalet is ideally situated for walking, surfing and exploring the stunning beaches and magnificent coastline. We hope you enjoy our holiday home as much as we do!

I do not live in Cornwall, so unfortunately i will not be there to greet you in person. However, i am always at the end of the phone and am extremely responsive. We also have a fantastic cleaner who lives locally who is always extremely helpful :). I have spent much time at the St Ives Holiday Village with my partner, baby and dog whislt renovating our chalet and have become extremely fond of the area. It has something to offer everyone!

The holiday site is situated just outside the village of Lelant, and just a few Kilometres from the beautiful St Ives. St Ives and Carbis Bay are easily accessible via car and a bus that stops at the site.
