Stone Cottage is a delightful property set in a organic small holding in west Essex. It has a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. Stone Cottage has 2 nice size bedrooms . Towels and bedding are supplied. The cottage has its own rear cottage style garden which is private and not over looked. There is plenty of parking.. and even enough room for camper vans if you fancy a night of home comforts …. Our property is peaceful and quiet and set in a retired plant nursery, where now we have free range hens and grow organic seasonal fruits and vegetables.

I live on the property in a different bungalow, and I grow the organic fruit and vegetables and seasonal flowers. I have 10 hens and a magnificent rooster called CoCo… who I’m sure you see wondering around.

Nazeing is a peaceful village set in west Essex. There are lots of country walks and pathways to enjoy. Stone Cottage is only 5 minutes car drive away from Broxbourne station which goes directly into London Liverpool Street station in 35 minutes.. so perfect for sightseeing trips to London and beyond. Paradise wild life park is only a short drive away as is the historic town of Hertford. Dobbs weir is a 10 minute drive away and has canals and tow paths with the fish and eels pub . Waltham Abbey is only a short drive away… and it’s said that king Harold is buried there. You can also visit the rose gardens and the ruins of the old abbey… There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas to cater for all tastes . And nazeing has an award winning fish and chip shop. Along with a few essentials shops going a 10 minute walk away from the cottage.
