A fantastically positioned one bedroom loft apartment offering stunning sea views over Mounts Bay. Our apartment is on the top floor of a converted warehouse formally the local bakery! It's the perfect getaway! It boasts a lovely balcony with views stretching over to St Michaels Mount, comfortable king size bed and small but fully equipped kitchen. Dining area and large new Smart TV, Google nest, Nespresso machine and rainfall shower. Perfect location for exploring Penzance and surrounding areas, 3 min walk from public transport links. The apartment is aproached via two flights of stairs. Upon arrival at the front door the apartment is over 2 floors. To the first floor is the shower room and utility area. In the utility there is a washing machine and wine cooler. The shower room has a rainfall shower with handhelf attachment, a wash hand basin with backlit mirror ove it and a WC (we provide enough loo roll to get you going) Up the stairs is the bedroom and living/dining/kitchen. The bedroom has a king size bed with hotel quality sheets and a pocket sprung mattress. There is a dressing table with mirror over and a large chest of drawers. the far side of the bed does have limited head room. To the top of the stairs is a large cupboard with clothes rail. The living room has a large sea facing balcony. Inside there is a 2 seater sofa, comfy arm chair and 43" Smart TV. The dining table has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, undercounter fridge with small freezer compartment. We have lots of cooking utensils, cutlery and crokery. THERE IS NO SOFABED JUST ONE KING BED *PLEASE NOTE THE APARTMENT IS UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS ON THE TOP FLOOR-THE APARTMENT ITSELF ONCE INSIDE IS A DUPLEX WITH THE BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND THE LIVING ROOM, BEDROOM ETC UPSTAIRS. *PLEASE NOTE THE APARTMENT IS A LOFT APARTMENT. THERE ARE SOME AREAS WHERE THE HEADROOM IS LIMITED BUT OVERALL ITS A LARGE APARTEMENT SO PLENTY OF SPACE FOR 2 PEOPLE.

Penzance, nestled in the heart of Mounts Bay, is the capital of Penwith and West Cornwall.
