Park Foot is a family run camping and caravan park, just 1 mile from Pooley Bridge. We have recently celebrated our 70th anniversary of being in business. Set in magnificent scenery, our park accommodates touring caravans, tents and motorhomes. We also provide Luxurious self catering accommodation in holiday houses and lodges sleeping 2- 10 people, most with stunning lake views. We have some situated on the park, a few in Pooley Bridge and one tucked away towards Howtown.

Swallows Barn is a lovingly converted barn with an abundance of original features. In a courtyard at Seat Farm Holiday Park, 400 yards from the Lake shore and a mile from Park Foot Holiday Park. The cottage is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. The cottage comprises of three bedrooms on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, hand basin, WC and also a twin bedroom which has patio doors to an enclosed patio. Main bathroom, with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Stairs up to the dining/ kitchen area with exposed beams, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the kitchen. Further stairs up to open plan lounge area, with TV. Exposed character beams, electric fire and excellent views of Lake Ullswater.

Set in the stunning Lake District. The property is 1 mile away from the village of Pooley Bridge and has beautiful views of Lake Ullswater. The property is also 20 metres by the popular walk, Ullswater way, which you can walk right round Ullswater lake, which is 20 miles.
