We live in a lovely village just of the A19 & link to A1 . Thus we are very suitable for breaking your journey North or South . We are suitated next door but 1 to the Carlton Inn which serves excellent food and is open every lunch & dinner time except Mondays . We are also very close to several other very good eating places within a 5 miles radius of here.
The North Yorks Moors and Dales are within easy driving distance & just 15 miles to the beautiful city of
York . The Market town if Thirsk is just 15minutes drive where you can visit the Famous James Herriot museum
& new Sculpture Park . East of Thirsk is the.beautiful market town of Helmsley with loads to see and do .
