Our 40+ homes are spread all across the New Forest, in picture postcard villages like Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Burley…where the pace is slow and the ponies roam free… To the wilder north of the Forest, near Fordingbridge, down to the glorious coastal walks at Milford and Keyhaven, on to bustling Lymington with all its Georgian charm.

Looking chipper and sitting pretty in the countryside, our bright & cheery home is just the ticket for forest-filled days in Sway…

The much-loved local watering hole, The Hare & Hounds, is just a 1/2 mile hop, skip or bike down the road from Sway Corner, where the fab children's playground makes it a winwin for all involved! If you wander a little further, you’ll be able to stock up in Sway Village’s super sweet deli & award-winning butchers… and meet plenty of horses & wildlife on your travels! With ample biking & walking tracks on your doorstep, you’ll always take the scenic route here. As well as just heading into the great outdoors and seeing where you’ll end up, we’d also earmark a morning wander in Wilverley Inclosure (perfect den-building territory), an afternoon browsing Lymington’s Boutiques, and an evening at The Old Mill during our stay. If the ocean is calling, Milford is only 5 miles away & boasts beautiful Solent views whilst you swim. Being car-free is easy from Sway Corner as it’s train station can take you to Brockenhurst in a jiffy… for yet more alfresco adventures & beer gardens… or further afield for theatre trips in Southampton. Pssst- If you get lost just look out for the 200m concrete tower (AKA Peterson’s Folly) that acts as a landmark on land and sea for New Forest locals!
