Swift Cottage is part of Sharlands Farm Holiday Cottages and is accessed down a private lane in a picturesque valley. Sharlands Farm consists of 54 acres of rural North Cornwall. Swift Cottage sleeps 2 and is a stone and slate traditional detached barn conversion. In addition Swallow Cottage which sleeps 4 and Kingfisher Cottage which sleeps 5 are available to rent. They are semi detached stone and slate barns that form part of the farmyard. Sharlands Farm is surrounded by fields which our visitors are welcome to explore with access to the River Neet for those that enjoy fishing. Animal feeding takes place once a day, in the morning and our visitors are welcome to take part. We have our own set of local self guided walking guides that are available to enable our visitors to explore the local area.
Sharlands Farm is home to Keith and Wendy who live on site and are available to assist our visitors with any information about local amenities. In addition our daughter Rachel helps about the farm and during the week in the morning feeds our animals assisted by our visitors if they would like to.
The Bude area offers couples and families an opportunity to enjoy a traditional English seaside holiday. With a choice of 5 local beaches which offer some of the best surfing in the country surrounded by picturesque countryside. Bude has a wide selection of eating places for all tastes and for those that enjoy walking can easily be accessed by a selection of routes of varying lengths. There are a series of attractions including the Eden project, Milky Way Theme park, Padstow sea trips that can be easily accessed by car.
