The accommodation comprises of a master bedroom which offers guests the luxury of resting in a king sized bed, a bathroom with WC, shower and basin and an open planned kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is well equipped for guests to be fully self-catering if desired, with a fridge inc. small compartment freezer, oven, hob, kettle and basic condiments. There is ample free parking at the property for guests including use of an electric car charger. Outside of the Annex guests can enjoy a gravel area for exclusive guest use with a benched seating area and a grass lawn. Glastonbury high street offers visitors a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Glastonbury Abbey, Glastonbury Tor and Chalice Well are within walking distance from the high street which many come to experience and enjoy during their time in the area. Cold Harbour Annex is suited perfectly for naturalists. We are located 1.9 miles from RSPB Ham Wall and 4.2 miles from Westhay Moor National Nature Reserve. Guests can experience beautiful starling murmuration’s from November right through to the beginning of March as they migrate over the property and across the nearby nature reserves.

Ham Wall is a wetland teeming with wildlife – from rare species like Water Voles and Otters to ‘booming’ Bitterns and colourful Kingfishers. Enjoy sweeping views across the marshes to Glastonbury Tor and make some time to follow secluded paths through the mystical landscape. Cold Harbour Annex is located 2.1 miles from Clarks Village, a popular and well known outlet shopping centre that comprises of many designer shops and restaurants which is a highly recommended day out. Cold Harbour Annex is located 5.5 miles from Wells, the smallest city in the UK. In Wells visitors can enjoy a weekly market offering local food & drinks and a variety of small stalls which sells something for everyone. Visiting Wells cathedral and The Bishops Palace is a beautiful, breathtaking experience for guests. A perfect day can be finished off by enjoying a beverage and a wide variety of different foods that the cafes and restaurants offer. Wells is well known as the film location for 2007 popular action-comedy film Hot Fuzz.
