This property does not offer allocated parking, but there is a pay and display car park directly opposite the property. Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful break, or avid surfers looking to utilise the close proximity to Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is accessed separately to the house, with the holiday apartments their own entrance. The bedroom looks directly over the beach, and is furnished with a double bed has an orthopaedic mattress and luxury bed linen. Suitable for 2 people but a third can be accommodated upon request as there is a small fold out chair bed in the room. Travel cot and high chair can also be provided upon prior arrangement. The separate kitchenette is supplied with all essentials including fridge with freezer compartment, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee nespresso machine. Leading from the kitchenette is the bathroom with walk in shower.
