Hello, I'm Nina, I'm one of the owners of Claire Anthony Homes, thanks for checking out our bio and considering one of our holiday rentals for your stay. We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it! Coach House is a stunning one-bedroom cottage, positioned with beautiful views across Bakewell to Manners Wood and is only a short walking distance into the centre of the town. With open plan living and kitchen downstairs and a spacious master bedroom upstairs, this is a great couples retreat to explore the Peak District. In the lounge area there is a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and WIFI. In the Kitchen area, there is a fully functional light blue kitchen with matching décor throughout the area. The kitchen features an oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a dining table that seats 2 guests. At the bottom of the stairs, you’ll find some coat hooks for your coats with a traditional stone wall. Stairs rise to the first floor. Master Bedroom: At the front of the home, you’ll find the Master Bedroom which has stunning views over Bakewell and the surrounding areas over Chatsworth Estate. It features a king-sized bed with luxury linens and cushions, a walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table with a light-up mirror. Bathroom: At the rear of the cottage you’ll find a spacious bathroom which comprises a toilet, wash hand basin and a bath with shower overhead. Outdoor Area: At the front of the cottage, there is an outdoor area with a bistro set and is the perfect place to sit on a summer's evening overlooking the beautiful views. Parking: There is a designated driveway suitable for two cars.
