Between them the team bring over 30 years of experience in the industry together and we aim to ensure that our guests experience a five star level of confort and convenience in our properties. We are widely travelled, having travelled the length and breadth of the United Kingdom, from Inverness to Portsmouth and everywhere in between. The Cotes Suite sits just off Nottingham Road on the edge of Loughborough, giving you the best of both worlds: quick access to major routes and business hubs, with countryside, canal and river walks only a short drive away. It's named after the tiny hamlet of Cotes, a historic settlement on the River Soar just outside town. Cotes is reached via Cotes Bridge, a long crossing over the meadows where the Soar and nearby waterways wind their way towards the Trent. This means you’re perfectly placed if you like the idea of a modern base in Loughborough with easy escapes into green space. For travel, the flat is very well connected. Loughborough University is just a short drive or bus ride away, with the main campus around two miles from the M1 at Junction 23 and clearly signposted from all main routes. Head the other way, and you’re within reach of East Midlands Airport and the huge East Midlands Gateway logistics hub at Junction 24 of the M1, which brings together air, road and rail freight and employs thousands of people in the area. This makes The Cotes Suite especially convenient for flight crews, contractors and bus00iness travellers working around the airport and distribution parks. Loughborough itself is compact and easy to get around, with regular buses linking the town centre, university and train station, plus Skylink services running between East Midlands Airport, Loughborough and Derby/Leicester. From Loughborough train station, you can reach Nottingham, Leicester and Derby by rail, or head further afield if you’re exploring more of the UK. If you enjoy the water, the Grand Union Canal / River Soar navigation passes through Loughborough, with locks, towpaths and moorings offering relaxed walking, cycling and boat-watching right on the edge of town. It’s a nice contrast to the busy M1 and airport – you can go from logistics hub to quiet canal-side in one short journey. Overall, The Cotes Suite gives you a smart, modern base for all your needs!

Two full bathrooms are available. Easy walking distance to Leicester train station, Victoria Park, and the vibrant Restaurant scene on nearby London Road. It's the perfect location for all sorts of group activities, whether it's for business, a weekend on the town or a staging place for a family trip to Leicester!
