The property is a 16 hundred thatched Cottage set on a large plot of land.
We have recently built a new large double garage with a flat above which comprises of a large kitchen-living area with dining table, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe
There is also a single bedroom and shower room downstairs. The property has its own entrance with a key an its own central heating. Both bathrooms are tiled and have underfloor heating. WIFI included.
You will have access to private parking and will be given a remote to enter the gate.
The apartment has air conditioning which can be used as you please.
5 minutes to Saffron Walden
My wife Sofia and I have a young daughter and a golden retriever dog who is very friendly.
Sewards end is a lovely sought after village which is less than 2 miles away from Saffron Walden. It has its own green and park for the kids, it has beautiful walks and scenery.
There is also a 24 hours Tesco just 2 minutes away from The Cottage.
