Enjoy your stay in a larger than average guest suite within our beautiful modern georgian style house in Kirkby on Bain. The room has recently been redecorated and had a makeover. The room does not adjoin any other used rooms in the property. The room offers a King size bed, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge . The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside, open fields with footpaths and a forest about one mile away . Take a couple of minutes walk to our local pub (now open six days a week), The Ebrington Arms, where they have an extensive menu and good beer. This is an old fashioned country inn which serves excellent food. Woodhall Spa is just a five minute drive away which is a local popular tourist area and home of England Golf. This thriving village has plenty of walks and eateries as well as its own unique cinema. We are well situated for anyone wanting to enjoy visiting the Battle of Britain Memorial flight and local military museums. Or take time to visit Horncastle, just six miles away, which is popular for Antique Shops. Treat yourself to something delicious at Myers Bakery as visited by Susan Calman and featured on her TV programme, well known for their Plum Bread . The accommodation offers your own larger than average guest bedroom with king size bed, bathroom ensuite with a full size roll top bath, separate shower and dressing area. There is a large comfy chair, ideal if you would like to relax and read, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge stocked with bottled water. A jug of fresh milk is available free of charge at your request. Although we do not offer meals, we can provide you with cereal bowls, plates and cutlery.

Situated on the edge of a small village with a good local pub within a five minute walk. Lovely views east and west over meadows and gardens. Feel free to relax in our landscaped garden and enjoy a drink whilst watching one of the many great sunsets. Only a few minutes drive by car down a country wooded lane to the popular tourist village of Woodhall Spa where there are plenty of superb eateries. It is also great for taking a stroll through one of the many walks in the area, popular for cycling or visit the outdoor swimming pool throughout the spring and summer at Jubilee Park. A visit to the unique Kinema in the Woods is a must!
