Under New Management from 2026! Enjoy a cosy stay in this freshly redecorated 2-bedroom Victorian apartment in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, overlooking Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Perfect for friends, family, or couples, it’s just minutes from shops, cafés, restaurants, and the Royal Shakespeare Theatres. Located on the second floor, it sleeps up to four guests and includes secure parking at the rear. The open-plan living area has comfy sofas, a Smart TV, and a dining space with sheepskin-covered chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and washing machine. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with soft bedding, and the second room has a single bed with a pull-out for extra guests. The bathroom features a bath and rainfall shower, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Stratford. Access is via the main building door with a coded lock, then through a lockbox at the apartment door containing the key. Early check-in, late check-out, and an extra parking space may be available for a small fee (please request in advance). Second-floor access only. Families welcome. No pets.
