The property is a large room incorporating a king size bed with kitchenette and shower room. In the kitchenette there is a fridge, a microwave oven with grill and an air fryer, kettle and toaster. There is free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. A hair dryer is also provided.
There is private outside space which consists of a small fenced patio area with table and chairs.
My husband and I moved to the village in 1996 and have never looked back. We are both keen golfers and I also enjoy playing bridge. We enjoy hosting as it allows us to meet people from all different walks of life.
Briston is a village situated only 4 miles from the market town of Holt which has its own Country Park. It has 2 grocery stores, a post office, butchers and bakers and the neighbouring village of Melton Constable offers a wide variety of takeaway food. Briston also boasts a pub serving food called The Three Horseshoes. Briston is not far from the North Norfolk coast, 10 miles from Sheringham and 12 miles from Cromer. Both these towns have excellent golf courses. In the other direction approx 19 miles is the lovely seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham Hall. If you are visiting to see the famous Christmas Thursford Show the accomodation is only 5.5 miles away. The village and surrounding area contain many popular walking routes which can be enjoyed all year round.
