With private parking to the rear, a small courtyard garden and high speed broadband this apartment is perfect for working away from home or visiting the area. Walking distance to all local amenities and Rothley Court, just a short drive to attractions such as Beacon Hill and Bradgate Park, the Steam Railway and Heritage Centre.

Neighbourhood information

Rothley is a bustling village in the heart of Charnwood with a fascinating past, two village greens, plenty of pubs and shops, and four, yes, four churches, Rothley has plenty for visitors. The village has plenty of shops for groceries, a chemist and several excellent village public houses. The village is close to the A6 leading into Leicester, Loughborough and just a short run to the M1 motor way. The 126 bus runs from the village every 30 minutes to various destinations including Leicester and Loughborough.
