The Lodge House has two bedrooms, one double, one single and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area and sitting area with Smart TV. Electric central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s allocated parking spaces for two cars, a non-enclosed multilevel garden with lawn, furniture and pond and a side garden with terrace and furniture. Sorry, no smoking.
