Perfect for solo travellers or couples, this peaceful space offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, while still being ideally located for exploring everything North Yorkshire has to offer. The bedroom is a bright and airy space offering a King Size Bed and blackout blind for a good nights sleep. Bedside tables and a chest of draws allow you to unpack as you wish. The bathroom offers an Electric shower over the bath, toilet and sink. The kitchen is well equipped with full oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen equipment you should need for cooking or baking during your stay. There is a dining table and chairs for indoor use as well as outdoor furniture for alfresco eating in good weather. The living room has a cozy seating area with a sofa and smart TV to help you relax at the end of your day. Outside, you’ll have access to your own private garden — a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine after a day of adventure. There’s ample private parking for two cars, and with direct access to the North York Moors, Dalby Forest, and the stunning Yorkshire Coast, you're never far from nature, history, or the sea.

We are less than a 5 minute drive to the North York Moors national park, and less than 10 minutes to the beautiful Yorkshire Coastline. As hosts, we live right next door and are happy to offer local tips or help if needed — while giving you all the privacy you want during your stay.
