As we live on site, we are available for any advice or questions you may have during your stay, otherwise, we will give you complete privacy and limit our interactions to check in and check out only.

Welcome to The Old Dairy, a delightful single storey home, a semi-detached cottage combining both traditional and contemporary styles. It has a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge adjacent to a dining area with table and chairs. An extra small freezer is available upon request. At the lounge end of the open plan room is the TV, and comfortable sofa with foot stool. The main bedroom has a double bed with built in storage, bedroom two comprises of two single beds. There is also a modern spacious bathroom. We have sought to equip our cottages to a very good standard and to anticipate your needs, by providing all the things you might want for a comfortable stay. On site there is a trampoline and a large tree swing in the garden, along with extensive lawned and terraced areas.. Our indoor heated swimming pool is open every day 9am-7pm for guests to use on a rota basis, with access for an hour, at least twice a day for cottages, times may vary each day. There is a shower for you to use in the phone box. The pool has a depth of 1.4 M. Please bring your own towels for the pool. Swim nappies are needed for children who are not potty trained. No pets are allowed in this cottage. Note: • WIFI is for light use only and the mobile phone signal is patchy. • Beach/pool towels are not provided; guests are to bring their own. • Due to the unfenced lake on-site, children must be supervised at all times. • Travel cot (mattress and base sheet provided) and highchair available on request. • This property has a Holiday Let damage deposit of - Two Hundred & Fifty Pounds (refundable at the end of your stay, subject to our terms and conditions).

Redhays Holiday Cottages with a heated indoor pool is set in 13 acres of countryside. Situated in Broadwoodkelly, close to the village of Winkleigh. Winkleigh is a friendly rural village in the heart of Devon’s rolling countryside and offers a convenience store, a post office, butcher and several cafes, plus two pubs serving food and local drinks. Not far from the centre is the famous local cider shop selling the local brew. This particular part of Devon is well known for its unspoilt countryside and the central location is a perfect base for exploring many of Devon’s top attractions including Dartmoor and Exmoor. There is also comparatively easy access to the north and south coast with some attractive beaches and delightful coastal scenery, appealing to both nature lovers and walkers, beach enthusiasts and historians, whether adults or children. Whilst there is a local bus service and train stations within a 20-minute drive, it is still essential to have a car to get around.
