The Old Post office is in the centre of the Dales village of Giggleswick. It is close to pubs and restaurants in Giggleswick and the adjacent town of Settle. Ideal for a short break, Walking Holiday or just a UK staycation seeing the sights of the Dales including the Settle-Carlisle Railway.
I grew up in Giggleswick in the Yorkshire Dales and currently work in Healthcare in Birmingham.
I don’t live locally but am available to contact at any time. My family live in Giggleswick if there is any significant problem requiring help in person
The Old Post Office is only a few metres away from the Medieval St Alkelda’s Church and 2 of the 3 pubs in Giggleswick. It’s a short walk across the river Ribble to the market town of Settle which has a supermarket and most facilities
Travel to Giggleswick is mainly via car although Settle and Giggleswick both have train stations. Easily accessible on the A65 with good links from the M6. One of the best local attractions and experiences is a train ride on the world famous Settle-Carlisle Railway over Ribblehead Viaduct
