A mum of 4 young boys, and always welcoming of new faces to show around and make your stay enjoyable.

A large 19th century former Rectory, on 4 acres of mature gardens and a paddock, surrounded by fields of sheep and cattle, on Exmoor border, and just 10 minutes drive from Combe Martin beach. @beachborough_devon or search Beachborough Devon for our video tour. The house is a private family residence with young children and a few animals running around the garden (ponies, lambs, donkey, chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, ducks, cats, and of course a dog). It is beautifully quiet and dark at night around here (lovely for stargazing), but with an array of animals and family life, does have it's noisy times! We currently have 3 spaces available. - The Coach House (exposed beams, cozy, above the stables, perfect for couples) - The Old Servants Quarters (1 bedroom apartment with separate open plan living room/kitchen, better for small families) - Luxury Shepherds Hut with hot tub We do have animals and a river and pond in the garden, whilst mostly fenced off, we just ask you to keep this in mind when you're here if you have young children.

Just 2 neighbours in the distance, and surrounded by fields, it is very quiet and peaceful. You can see the Milky Way some nights, its so dark. 300m up a steep private road and you are in Exmoor. You'll either need some good walking boots or some wheels to get around, as we're in the middle of nowhere.
