The Penthouse at 86 consists of a second-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include three doubles, one with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, serviced by a bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a garden with furniture, designated off-road parking for one car, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
