The Pines Treehouse which is part of TREETOPS HIDEOUTS is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature. The mezzanine bedroom with its kingsize bed looks down with views through the two metre round window and into the trees. The lounge has a comfy sofa, a sophisticated bioethanol floating fireplace (eco friendly) and a projector is provided for movie watching at night. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a Nespresso coffee machine. The shower room also has a high pressure thermostatic shower, wash basin and flushing toilet. Outside on your 100sqm deck you are surrounded by an arboretum of trees and fantastic views. Your wood fired hot tub lights up for evenings and hydrotherapy bubbles help you to unwind. Your covered dining area boasts high quality furniture and dining table for those cosy dark nights. The deck also offers an outdoor shower in Summer, freestanding fire pit, sun loungers and gas bar b q. NEW FOR SPRING 25 additional lower deck set in the woodland below and closer to the beck to allow guests to feel fully immersed in nature and enjoy the sound of the water. On the lower deck you will find a smokeless fire pit, relaxing chairs and table and yoga mats to really make the most of this stunning space. Please note the bedroom area is of restricted height and has a narrow twisting staircase only suitable for able bodied guests. Parking is 100 yards from the cabin. The treehouse offers your own private parking space within the grounds.

Hi I'm Lisa. We've recently moved to Richmond from the North York Moors where we hosted a successful barn conversion. My partner Martin is a builder so has worked hard in transforming Treetops Cottage and The Pines Treehouse and I've been busy shopping for all the lovely interiors. We're very proud of what we've achieved here and hope you like it too! A couple of points to note; We will always be on hand to help with any issues or questions you may have as we live in another property on the land. On arrival you will be shown to your treehouse and we will explain how everything works to enable you to have a wonderful stay. We can now arrange for guests to have a relaxing massage or facial at the treehouse as a special treat. In addition to this we offer a celebration package which includes champagne, handmade chocolates and a bouquet of flowers. The Pines Treehouse is situated in a quiet picturesque hamlet of Brokes just one mile from Richmond. We have created this place within nature so you can hear and appreciate the sounds and tranquility of the water, trees and wildlife therefore we do not allow loud music or loud noise of any type and any time of day. This is a place to relax, reset, recharge and reconnect with nature. We are situated approximately 5 minutes drive from Richmond and the Yorkshire Dales are only 15 minutes drive away. We are surrounded by stunning countryside and beautiful towns and villages to explore with some great country pubs, great walks, waterfalls, historic places to visit and so much more.
