Welcome to The Ploughman’s Cottage at Ivy Tower Village, only five miles from the popular seaside town of Tenby and beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast. Close to many West Wales attractions including Oakwood and Folly Farm. The Ploughman's Cottage is a pretty 3 bedroom self-catering cottage directly overlooking the meadow and also has views to the children’s play area to the side. It sleeps 6, and has one double, one twin and one bunk bedroom (suitable for children max 68kg only, no adults sorry). The cottage is small dog-friendly and has a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom and dining conservatory. The compact open plan lounge comes with leather sofas, a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and a log burner style electric fire. It lead to the dining conservatory with seating for six. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full size single oven/grill, electric hob, under counter fridge with ice box. The bathroom is located off the downstairs hall way and has a bath with electric shower over. A washing machine is also provided. The back door opens out onto the meadow and children’s play area. The front stable door opens onto the village green. Picnic tables feature to the front and rear of the property for you to enjoy lazy summer days. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the indoor heated swimming pool, coin-operated sauna, outdoor tennis court, play area, mini golf, football goals, and table tennis room, 365 days a year. The pool and sauna are available on a pre-bookable basis as well as having communal swimming times. The cottage has its own broadband WiFi and TV, and access to ample on-site private parking. The children’s play area with swings, mini adventure course and slide, are set in a beautiful meadow with communal barbecues and benches to enjoy the far reaching views of Tenby and the Pembrokeshire coast. Pets can be walked on the lead in the grounds and off site. Electric car charging is also available.
