**July 2025 onwards- The lift is out of action awaiting repair** The Sail Loft is a beautifully presented luxurious, first floor apartment for two with balcony and sea glimpses located just off Sidmouth seafront. Great care has been taken in the furnishing and presentation of the accommodation with many thoughtful touches throughout. There is private secure parking and a lift if required. The beach, shops and selection of restaurants and pubs are all within a few minutes level walk. Take the stairs or lift from the parking area to first floor. The entrance hall has rooms leading off. The Sitting room has patio doors to a south easterly facing balcony with lovely views over Salcombe Hill and sea glimpses. There is an electric flame effect fire, dining area and smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of storage, a full size fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. The spacious bedroom has quality Oak furniture and a king size bed. The modern luxury shower room has a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC. There is private secure parking space for one car.

Nearby attractions include the Norman Lockyer observatory, River Cottage HQ, The Donkey Sanctuary, Otterton Mill, Stuart Line Cruises, Seaton Tramway and RSPB Nature reserves. There are also delicious restaurants to taste the best of the South West Produce such as The Pea Green Boat, The Pig at Combe, The River Exe Cafe and Lympstone Manor.
