Sweetcombe Cottage Holidays is a locally based self-catering agency focusing on East Devon. Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of holiday cottages in Devon. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company’s success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today’s ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

This charming family house is situated in a quiet residential area of Exmouth, a 20 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and seaside town. The enclosed garden boasts an outside dining area with a BBQ, perfect for Al-fresco summer evenings. The Entrance leads into to hall way with rooms leading off. The separate kitchen has top quality appliances, plenty of storage and a door leading to the rear garden. The hall way leads into the dining area with seating for 6 guests and a desk with PC & monitor. To the rear of the property is the spacious lounge with comfortable seating, large smart TV and beautiful bay windows overlooking the garden. There is a downstairs WC opposite the stairs. Upstairs, there is three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1- The master bedroom has a Super King size bed, and views over the garden. Bedroom 2 - A King size bed Bedroom 3 - A small single bed, suitable for a child plus a pull- out single bed can be made up on request. Family Bathroom- A quality modern bathroom with a shower over the bath. Situated near to the Exe trail cycle/walking route and South West Coast Path, with easy access to Exeter canal, It's the perfect base for exploring Exmouth and beyond. Enjoy brilliant restaurants nearby such as Michael Caines restaurant 'Mickeys', The Point bar & Grill or hop on a water taxi to the River Exe Cafe. Guests can enjoy nearby activities such as water sports with Edge & Exewake, bird watching from Stuart Line Cruises and fossil hunting along the Jurassic Coast.
