This 2 bedroom Cottage is set in idyllic surrounding in Derryvale. The property has been decorated to a high standard with a home from home feel. This property sleeps 4 It comprises of 2 bed rooms adjoining, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living space which includes a sofa bed. It is situated in the centre of Northern Ireland between Coalisland and Dungannon , Note the property is located in woodland 250 meters off main road and has easy access to all major routes. Cots can be provided upon request etc. Onsite parking and free Wifi ,
This property offers a home to home feel along with a friendly welcome on arrival. We offer a complimentary breakfast food hamper for first mornings stay to all of our guests as a small token of gratitude. We always ask our guests that if they have any problems with the Cottage please let us know , As our guests comfort is our main concern . We have a small very friendly dog called Zippy and a outdoor cat called nettle . They love our guests but are not allowed in the Cottage . We do not do GROUP parties eg Hen or Stag .
