Newly decorated throughout, new carpets. Large double-glazed windows. A parking permit is made for the duration of your stay. Did we mention the view? The sunsets are stunning! :-) Please note: We live below the apartment and so this is not a suitable venue for your all night parties. We have CCTV in the entrance hall for everyone’s safety. And finally, be aware that there are lots of stairs to the apartment and no lift. Lounge: Netflix, iPlayer, ITVx, Spotify, BBC Sounds, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Google ChromeCast and all major digital channels are freely available if you just want to stay on the sofa. There is a sideboard full of board games for the family to play on rainy days. Kitchen/diner has a beautiful dining table that seats 6, perfect for a dinner party with friends. The kitchen boasts a Rangemaster 5 hob, gas-powered, twin oven, which had to be craned in through the top window. The fridge, worktops and ceramic sink are all brand new, giving a clean fresh feel to the whole kitchen. The washing machine has a large load capacity, if you’ve brought along the family washing. Bedroom 1: Super comfy double bed with freshly ironed cotton quality bed linen. Plenty of storage space in our linen cupboard with a full-length mirror. The dressing table is a genuine art deco piece, lovingly restored from dereliction, its orange lamps casting a warm glow over the whole room. The windows have blackout roller blinds and handmade curtains, to ensure a lie-in if that’s what you need. Lots of space in this room to really relax. Bedroom 2 Two single beds. Curtains with blackout blinds behind. Another single fold out bed is available on request. Bathroom Brand new. See pics. Large shower, new bath and taps.

Our apartment is located; 500 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the central restaurant, bar and shopping area, 1 mile from Gunwharf Quays and the harbour train station, 1 mile from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, 1 mile from Portsmouth Old Town, 1 mile from the Isle of Wight ferry terminal, Half a mile from the Isle of Wight hovercraft, Half a mile from South Parade Pier, D-Day Museum, Fun Fair and many other facilities, sports grounds, landmarks and attractions. We are closely surrounded by hundreds of independent retailers, bars and restaurants and of course, the amazing music events that occur literally on our doorstep. Public scooters are available or just bring your trainers and run along the seafront for a great start to the day. Our apartment is central to and often directly overlooks major events taking place in Portsmouth.
