A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Lanhydrock - a beautiful National Trust area near to Bodmin. The cottage formerly belonged to the Landydrock Estate and boasts 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation. The cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers smart TV’s in all rooms plus internet access. This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 (although one of the bedrooms also has a chair bed available) In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed (and chair bed) plus there is an en-suite bathroom with toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. In the next bedroom, there is a superking bed and the third bedroom contains a single bed. The second bathroom accessible to all rooms has a toilet and sink and a tub bath with walk-in shower. Linen and one bath towel per person is provided. Please bring extra if required. Check-in is 5pm. Check-out is 10am. Smoking is not allowed. There is free parking on the premises for 2 cars and dogs are very welcome but must be notified to the owner before arrival. We charge 20 per pet towards a carpet clean - this can be paid on arrival. Please note the hot tub is an optional extra so that those not wishing to take advantage of it don't have to pay for it! The cost is 125 for a 3-4 night stay and 150 for a 7 night stay. Please liaise directly with the owner to book this.  SERVICES   We offer services to all guests, in addition to the usual cleaning and provision of towels, linen etc.  We are happy to offer a free concierge service and will happily offer advice, book restaurants, organ
