A three bedroom family home very close to Merthyr Tydfil town centre with private parking for one car with more on street parking. Just a few minutes level walk to Railway Station, Bus Station, Supermarkets and Merthyr Leisure Village(pubs, restaurants, cinema) Easy access to Taff Trail, short distance to Bike Park Wales, 15 minute drive to Pen-y-fan and Brecon Beacons. 5 minute drive to Cyfarthfa Retail Park and Trago Mills Superstore.
Property in small private housing development. One private parking space, more free on street parking. A few minutes walk to Railway Station (South Wales Metro / Transport for Wales) Similar distance to Merthyr Tydfil Central Bus Station. 24 Hour petrol station 500 yards away.
