There is a refundable damage deposit of GBP 250 require for this property. However if the main guest booking the property is aged 21-25 and a GBP of 300 is require. Minimum check in age is 21. You should be reimbursed within 14 business days of check-out.Monday to Friday. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Numbers can not be reduced within 30 days of stay. If more guests are seen who have not been paid for your full deposit would be lost. Guests who live in the Blackpool area must notify us after booking to confirm they are local, as all local bookings are subject to owner approval GBP of 300 is required for locals
