Tucked Away is hidden in one of the oldest parts of Keswick with a fantastic location it is a home away from home. Following a full renovation the cottage is modern yet maintains a cosy feel featuring an open plan living space with a fire, natural wood finishes throughout and an en-suite bedroom. The Cottage is 'Tucked Away' in a private courtyard accessible by those using the surrounding properties. Creating a quiet escape whilst also being in the centre of the town. A little bit of luxury after a busy day on the fells, browsing the popular local market and shops or exploring the lakes with Derwent Water shore a short 5 minute walk from the property where you may even decide to take a boat trip! We also provide an online parking permit which covers a selection of local car parks with one 3 minutes from the cottage.

After a full renovation which we worked on ourselves we have tried to create a space which our guests can enjoy and love as much as we do! We love our local town and are lucky to be here in the Lake District something which through our little cottage we hope to share and help others experience and fall in love with!

Keswick offers plenty of options to keep you occupied during your stay. For walkers the Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trial which starts next to the Keswick Leisure centre is a 5 kilometre (10 kilometre there and back) walk along what was once a railway track. It offers beautiful views and is a multi-user trial suitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs and mobility scooters. If you fancy something with a little more elevation and spectacular views, Latrigg and Walla Crag can be reached from your doorstep, and you can even tick off some Wainwrights! 10 minutes out of Keswick is Whinlatter forest, which offers a huge selection of walks and outdoor activities. Keswick itself offers lots of amenities, from shops to cafés, pubs to theatres, you will be spoilt for choice
