Welcome to Lakeview House - set in the grounds of an old garden centre not far from Cortes Loch, recently renovated with a lovely private garden with tree house, mini BBQ and deck area, summer house, woodland walk with stream, greenhouse and field. The cottage has a traditional Scottish feel and you can enjoy a cosy log fire by the wood-burning stove in the lounge (wood, firelighters and matches are provided) while luxury duck feather and down duvets keep you warm at night. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, the second bedroom has a super-king size bed and shares a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower with bedroom 3 which has an adult size bunk bed. Black-out curtains in the bedrooms keep out the late and early morning light in the summer months while there are plenty of blankets and throws to keep you warm when the weather gets chilly. Hot water bottles are provided during the winter months. The large farmhouse kitchen seats 6 round the oak table. Coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper are provided. There is also plenty of secure parking on site, wifi and some books and games in the games cupboard for your use.

The cottage is situated directly on the NE250 driving route, just 5 miles away from Fraserburgh beach and harbour. There are a number of golf courses in the area as well as museums, the Loch of Strathbeg nature reserve, walking and cycling routes and the castle and whisky trail.
