This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and to provide extra protection for both our guests and our properties. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will be asked to authorise a security deposit as part of the verfication. The security deposit is a pre-authorisation only and does not charge your card unless there is damage to the property. As part of this, there is a small fee to cover admin/card charges from Truvi. Note: The linen and bedding for the sofa bed are located under the sofa.
