Vale Farm Cottages is gevestigd op een boerderij op 6,4 km van het nationaal park Brecon Beacons. De huisdiervriendelijke cottages zijn voorzien van een serre of een balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Bedrijfsinformatie

Vale Farm Cottages are located an a traditional family owned working farm. We look after sheep and beef cows and the busy time of the farming year is spring when you will see lots of lambs and calves from the cottage windows. You can see us attending to our animals or working on the tractors in the fields surrounding the cottages. Please feel free to stop and ask us any farming questions you may have. We look after the six holiday cottages at Vale Farm with my small team of helpers. We love meeting guests and hearing about the adventures they are having whilst staying, but also respect that guests have come for space and relaxation and do not wish to be disturbed. Living in the Farmhouse on site enables us to assist guests if we are needed. The most favourite things about living at Vale Farm is being in the quiet countryside with beautiful bird song in the mornings, fantastic stars in the dark night sky and the view!!! and what an amazing view it is.

Vale Farm Cottages are situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside with stunning mountain views, all six cottages look out to Pen y Fan mountain. All the guests share the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub making this site a wonderful place to come and relax. Having a play area and lots of open space is a bonus for families and guests with dogs. The cottages are only 5 miles away from the historic market town of Brecon and in the heart of many tourist attractions. We look forward to welcoming you to Wales.

Vale Farm Cottages is situated in the Hamlet of Lower Chapel by the traditional market town of Brecon. The town has 3 supermarkets Aldi, Morrisons and Co-op. There are two petrol stations - Morrisons service station has a electrical charging point. Market days are Tuesdays, Fridays and some Saturdays. It is an easy commute to Hereford and Cardiff. There is loads of things to do in the area from whisky tasting, visiting castles, walking, hiking, water sports, cycling or just relaxing with a picnic in the wonderful countryside.

At Vale Farm cottages we follow the guidance rules as set out by Public Health Wales with association of The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, The Pool Water Treatment Advisory group and The Chartered Institute of The Management of Sport and Physical Activity. We take the managing of the pool and hot tub seriously so therefore they are checked and tested three times a day and we ask our guests to also follow the guidance set out by the above groups as shown listed on the swimming pool door and in both changing rooms, also there is a folder “Swimming pool Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plan” situated by the changing rooms for our guests to read if they have any worries. Any guest not following the rules will be reminded of the rules and asked to abide by them. Failure to do so will result in the guest being unable to use the pool/hot tub for the rest of their stay. In an unlikely event of water contamination the pool/hot tub would be closed immediately to the guests and our “Emergency Action Plan” set out by the above groups would be carried out until a time when the pool or hot tub would be tested safe and reopened for use. In an event of forced closure our pool and hot tub will be closed until we are allowed to reopen. The pool and indoor hot tub are open from 8.30am - 8pm for everyone to enjoy.
