I love providing a comfortable stay for my guests and making sure they have the knowledge to enjoy their trip to Belfast!

This recently refurbed guesthouse is conveniently located in east Belfast with great public transport connections and also on-street parking available. All bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs and the dining/living area and kitchen are on the ground floor. The keys are accessed from a lockbox at the front door. Guests must be sure to lift the correct keys from the lockbox (information given with checkin instructions). My house rules are detailed below: 1. Please always lock the front door when entering or exiting the guesthouse. Pull the handle up to lock the door on both sides. 2. Please leave your shoes at the bottom of the stairs (you’ll see the shoe storage area) to help with keeping the property clean. 3. As the guesthouse is shared between guests, I kindly ask everyone staying to clean up after themselves whether in the kitchen, dining area or in the shared bathroom. 4. The kitchen is not available for cooking using electric hob after 9pm due to health and safety as I’ll do a final check on the property before going home. 5. No other persons other than those included in this booking may enter the guesthouse. 6. As there is only 1 bathroom in the guest house please be considerate and limit your time in there. 7. The office area through the sliding doors in the dining area is not accessible to guests. We can’t wait to host you!
