Our beautiful victorian Penthouse is perfectly positioned with uninterrupted sea views. The Penthouse has a luxurious, surf, rock and roll vibe with its own impressive private entrance hall, a very spacious open plan living, dinning, kitchen and two king size double bedrooms and bathrooms. Historic, picturesque Ilfracombe with something to offer everyone from traditional shops and pubs to hipster cafes and galleries. Walk to the sea, harbour or town centre within five minutes. Entrance Hall You enter the grand victorian building up an impressive staircase in to a luxurious private entrance hall to The Penthouse decorated in a luxurious rock and roll style. Living / Kitchen / Dinner A modern spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with panoramic sea views from every window out to sea and over the harbour. The perfect space to relax watch the boats sail out to sea or sit back in the sofa and enjoy watching the 65” TV. With an eclectic interior design feature mid century surf inspired vibe. Two Bedrooms The Penthouse features two spacious bedrooms each with king size beds and pull out single bed for children. Between the two bedrooms they can comfortably sleep up to four adults and two children or two adults and four children. The apartment is only suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children.
