Located just a 15-minute walk away from the beautiful West Wittering beach, Our place offers a comfortable and stylish space for Two Adults and two children. Our cozy bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with a Simba mattress and high-quality linen from the 'Secret Linen Store', ensuring a good night's sleep for all. For additional guests, there's a pull-out bed that can accommodate one adult or two children, this is all within one space. Our property also boasts a small but well-equipped kitchen including an induction hob and microwave; perfect for preparing light meals and snacks. The shower room is modern and stylish, with all the amenities you need to refresh and rejuvenate after a day at the beach. One of the highlights of our place is the deck, where you can relax and soak up the sunshine while enjoying the fresh sea air. In the evenings, take in the stars through the skylight windows above the bed - a truly magical experience. The holiday home is located in the garden of a family home, the garden remains a family area, and with no physical barriers between the holiday home and the main garden, we ask guests to try and remain in the property or on the decked area. Fast wireless broadband has a strong signal throughout the property with upto 70Mbps connection, perfect if you need to work.

Quiet location, 5 minutes walk to the entrance of West Wittering Estate, perhaps a 15-20walk to the beach it’s self. On street parking outside is free of charge. Close to a high quality local pub (The Wittering) and a 2 min walk from a local shop, butchers, art gallery, beach shop, hairdressers and local park. It’s a 20mins (ish) walk to East Wittering where there are mini-supermarkets, take aways, pubs, cafes restaurants, shops and surf shops ! (Plus a pebble beach).
