Property information

Bradmoor Woods is set between King’s Lynn and Swaffham in Norfolk. Designed for large groups, it accommodates up to 37 guests across twelve unique units, including Bird Houses, Silo, Railway Carriages, Dorm Teepee and an upturned hull named Zenia, hidden deep in the woods. Ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, nature retreats and outdoor adventures, Bradmoor Woods offers a true back-to-nature experience. Set within dozens of acres of mature woodland, this is authentic woodland camping, not for the fainthearted, but perfect for those who love the wild outdoors and wish to reconnect with nature.

Neighbourhood information

Bradmoor Woods sits between the historic towns of King’s Lynn and Swaffham, close to the picturesque villages of Pentney and West Acre, and just a 40-minute drive from the Norfolk Coast, a scenic route that captures the true charm of rural Norfolk. Pentney is a rural village southeast of King’s Lynn. One of the area’s main attractions is Pentney Lakes, set amidst some of the most beautiful countryside and offering a wide variety of leisure pursuits, including water skiing, windsurfing, and kayaking. Wildlife lovers can enjoy several walks around the lakes, where they will find a diverse range of birds and rare plant species. The nearest village is West Acre, a peaceful yet diverse village within walking distance along the Nar Valley Way, through one of the Rewilding Westacre zones. The Rewilding scheme is in cooperation with neighbouring farmers and landowners to create a corridor of uncontrolled nature, where Exmoor Ponies, White Park Cattle and Iron Age Pigs can be spotted in some of the rewilding zones. The village itself has a small and cosy pub, The Stag, situated in the centre of the village where the ruins of an old Abbey can still be seen between the pub and nearby All Saints Church. The village also has a theatre, art gallery and brewery with a tap room serving street food at weekends and offering brewery tours once a month. Castle Acre is a fascinating and historic village. The remains of Castle Acre Priory and Castle are among the largest and best-preserved monastic sites in the region. The village church, St. James, is also a sight to behold. Amenities include a village shop, a fish and chip shop, a small Budgens store, and local pubs. The North Norfolk Coast is within easy reach, offering delightful beaches from Heacham to Hunstanton, Brancaster, Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea, Cromer, and many more along the way. For walking enthusiasts, the Peddars Way is an ancient Roman path stretching 46 miles. The path enters Castle Acre at the foot...
