Hi, Welcome Home. A beautiul, modernised 3 storey town house in the heart of the city; situated in a cathedral quarter of the town. The monumental St.Eugene's cathedral over shadows the residense and neighboured by the fantastic Brooke Park. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. This idealic setting is perfect for a family, couple or professional person visiting the city for leisure or business.
A very quiet residential, well lit area.
Right next door is the famous Brooke Park which has recently had a substantial investment; kids play area and coffee shop.
The epic, floodlit, St Eugen's Cathedrale overshadows the house.
Local pubs are within a few minutes walk.
