Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway, family gathering, or group adventure, there’s plenty of space for everyone to feel right at home. Good to Know Before You Book: We want your stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so here are a few helpful details: 🔐Damage Protection & Guest Verification We use SuiteOp, a trusted third-party platform, for guest verification and damage protection. All guests must complete this quick process before check-in, which includes: ID verification Choosing your damage protection option: A refundable security deposit of GBP300, returned after your stay (subject to no reported damage), or A non-refundable damage waiver of GBP90, covering up to GBP300 in accidental damage. You’ll receive a secure payment link to complete your chosen option ahead of arrival. This step ensures a smooth check-in and peace of mind for everyone. 🧹 Cleaning Fee – GBP260 per stay 🐾 Pet Fee – GBP20 per stay (furry friends are very welcome!) 🍼 Travel Cot & Highchair – Available on request (we also provide a changing mat) 🔥 BBQ Use – Feel free to use the BBQ! Just kindly clean it after use.
