Located in Saint François en Grande Terre, Villa Les Palmiers des Coulées d'Or offers you a living space opening onto a beautiful terrace with a pleasant panorama of the sea located 200 meters away. You will be able to see the island of Marie Galante as well as the island of Dominica off the coast in good weather. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a garden and very comfortable equipment: connected TV, WiFi access, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, barbecue. Ideally located on a land welcoming 2 other independent F2 type accommodation, the presence of many shrubs guarantees discretion and tranquility. The entire villa benefits from good ventilation thanks to its exposure to the sea and the bedrooms are air conditioned. A private swimming pool adjoining the villa without vis-à-vis is reserved for you as well as a drinking water cistern necessary in the event of a power cut.
Born on this beautiful island and still amazed by its archipelago, I like to share my passion and strive to be as attentive as possible to your expectations and to anticipate them. I remain available to make your stay as pleasant as possible, to make you feel at home with only one desire, to come back. Suggesting good local plans and guiding and accompanying you during your stay are my main motivations.
The villa is located less than 2 km from the Marina of Saint François and its many shops. You can enjoy this haven of peace for hiking, fishing or enjoying the garden. In addition to the many beach corners accessible along the road leading to the Pointe des Châteaux and the nautical activities, you can go on horseback rides in the Saint François funds, microlight outings or baptism in parachute or even introduce yourself to golf on the international 18-hole course, the entrance to which is less than 800 meters away.
