Blue View House is a newly renovated beach house offering boutique style accommodation with an amazing view across the Ionian Straits to the Greek Mainland and Albania.The location, in the heart of Corfu Island is perfect for experiencing real Greek culture but with public transport and taxis nearby for when you want to explore the Island. The house has full wifi and is air conditioned/heated. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and small private terrace and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. These rooms share a shower-room. On the middle level of the house is a kitchen area fully equipped with drinking water filter tap, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, nutribullet and dining area. There is a small lounge area with television, blue tooth speaker and a beautiful outside terrace with chairs, table and 2 bean bag loungers. On the top floor of the house is the third bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower room and a front and side terrace to relax. Blue View House is ideal for couples, friends and families but not recommended for people with walking difficulties or young children due to the steep steps

My husband is Greek and I am British but have lived on this beautiful Island of Corfu for over 30 years. All our guests will be welcomed by us on arrival and our aim is to be helpful and informative but not to intrude. We have made a comprehensive information book about the house and Corfu but live nearby if you should need anything else at all. Our Cleaner will visit by arrangement in the middle of a weekly stay and change sheets, towels and clean around. Cleaning products are supplied and additional cleaning is available as required with an extra charge. We hope that staying at our beautiful comfortable house with all the extras we have provided, combined with the perfect location to experience genuine Greek culture and the convenience to get out and see Corfu Island will ensure that you have an amazing holiday.

The position of the house in the old residential area of Anemomilos, Garitsa, offers the best of both worlds with the sea, beach, scenic walks, culture and an excellent choice of traditional neighbourhood cafes, restaurants and shops all within 10 minutes walk. It is a really interesting area to explore. There is a 4 star Hotel with a very nice a-la-carte restaurant and low-key nightly music just next door which is open to non-residents. You can walk along the scenic promenade to the World Heritage Site of Corfu Town in just 20 minutes. Here you can explore the quaint old town, shop in the thousands of local, tourist or designer shops, visit monuments and museums or enjoy the traditonal and high quality restaurants. You can also walk to Mon Repos and Kanoni to see the famous Pontikonnisi (Mouse Island) church. The local no. 2 bus and the red hop on/hop off tourist buses pass in front of the house and taxis and the bus stations to reach tourist resorts are just a short walk away. Boat hire is available opposite and car hire can be arranged by us. Corfu Airport is just 5 minutes away by taxi.
