This property is one of three villas set in an acre of private land covered with lots of trees, flowers and cactus. The villa has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people, two in the bedroom and two in the living room. Quiet and spacious, laid out on two levels, "north villa" is the ideal accommodation for a couple or a family of four. The upper level has the master bedroom and an en-suit bathroom, as well as a balcony to watch your most memorable sunrises from. The ground level consists of a living room with a sofa that opens up in a very comfortable bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, and a bathroom with shower. The villa looks out to an airy and shady patio that overlooks the cactus garden. Sea views directly in front of you. Table and chairs and armchairs are provided for relaxing and enjoying a cold drink or having lunch or dinner outdoors. At the back side of the house, there is a second patio with mountain views covered by a vine. In September you can taste the grapes right off the tree. This second patio provides a comfortable day bed and a hammock for perfect relaxation. Barbecue on request. Tastefully decorated, the house will make you feel at home. Our purpose is to make guests feel that they move to their own holiday house in Santorini. The house has its own washing machine and an air-conditioning unit. The villa is separate from the other two, so that each party of guests is not disturbed by the others. Perfect, though, for friends who travel together and want to be close but separate. The houses are surrounded by one acre of land which carries pine, fig, apricot, lemon, vineyard, olive trees, and a huge collection of cactuses. When the time is right, our guests can taste the fruit right off the trees. Located in the country side in the middle of the distance between the two main centres of the island, Fira and Oia, we have easy and quick access to both Fira and Oia. You will need your own transportation.

I was born in Pireas the port of Athens. I have made Santorini my home the last 30 years. Lately I bought three houses by the sea which I have decided to rent for a few years. I am the owner of the houses I rent. In the winter when there is hardly any tourist movement in Santorini I travel a lot. Always I choose to stay in a private house. I have a long experience as a tourist so I think I can be a real good host. Living in Santorini for 30 years I have come to know every small corner of the island. Information that I love to share with my guests. I live in a house on the same piece of land with the villa I rent. I am always available for whatever you should need. When you arrive I have a whole bunch of information to give you about the island and the restaurants I love to go. I can also arrange to meet you at your point of entry and escort you to the house, if you find it hard to find the house.

Rural setting between the mountain and the sea. Rural but not isolated. There is other houses in the surrounding vineyards. Right outside our walls there is three tiny churches which our visitors are free to visit. Honey is collected on the slopes of the mountain behind our house. A quiet sandy beach is at walking distance from the house. The nearest organized beach, Vourvoulos beach, is just 3 km from the house. The nearest market and restaurant are in the village of Vourvoulos just 3 km from the house. Many more taverns and restaurants as well as super markets, tourist offices, and rental car agencies can be found at Fira or Oia. Down the road there is a hotel resort with a swimming pool. Our guests are free to use their facilities. You need to rent a car. There is taxi service but public buses are rare.
