The “Agia Anna Apartments” is locate in Parikia, the capital of Paros island. It is complete renovated in March of 2019.Each house is 40 square meters and it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, a studio (kitchen, living room, dining room with double sofa-bed), a small office and separate veranda. It is just 100 meters from a sandy beach for swimming and seaside street with restaurants and the coffees.Parallel to the coastal road is located the traditional settlement in which you can find the commercial shops. Also, in 150 meters distance from the house there are super markets, car rentals, bakeries, dry cleaner, gym. In 1km distance there is the famous beach of Parasporos next to Magaya beach. Climbing the stairs next to the house, you find Agia Anna church and the town hall, where you can enjoy from there the wonderful sunset of Paros Island. The house is very functional and modern, fully equipped. It has air condition, fridge, kitchen, with oven, nespresso machine, boiler, toaster, cooking utensils, electric iron, hair dryer and Wi-Fi. This house is the ideal choice for a couple with child, where can sleep separately in the double sofa-bed, but also for 4 people.

The location of the apartment is situated to a close proximity to the old market of Paroikia, the seaside with the local restaurants, Budaraki beach as well as the famous St.Anna hill with an amazing view of the sunset. 8 minutes walk from the apartment is the main port of Paroikia where you can find the bus station that connects all of Paros villages, as well as the small fishing boats to the beautiful Paroikia bay beaches and the ship to Antiparos island.
