Nestled in the peaceful village of Episkopi, Rethymno, Alexis Villa is a traditional Cretan retreat blending rustic charm with modern luxuries. Just 1.5 km from Episkopi Beach, this stone-built villa is a perfect sanctuary for an unforgettable getaway, where authentic architecture, natural beauty, and tailored comforts combine for the ultimate island experience.
 Alexis Villa’s outdoor areas are a sanctuary of peace and natural beauty. The free-form 35m² private swimming pool (non-heated) invites you to cool off under the Mediterranean sun, while the poolside loungers and shaded seating areas are perfect for lazy afternoons. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests total, as 7 guests sleep in real beds and one additional guest can be accommodated in the sofa bed, located in the twin bedroom with the 3 single beds. *Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 200 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day, following a thorough inspection of the villa.
