Property information

Apartment Ioni is part of Vasilopoulos Residences in Fokata Village, few minutes drive from Argostoli . Built with lots of attention it takes advantage of its location, offering stunning views of Mount Ainos and across the surrounding countryside and the sea, with the bay of Argostoli in sight. It is located on the hillside above Argostoli in Lakithra. The residence is 10 min. drive from the airport while within a few minutes walk you can find a mini market, a bakery, and few tavernas. It sleeps up to four people in one king size and two single beds. It is well-furnished, providing a fully equipped kitchen with a free-standing fridge freezer, and a sink unit complete with utensils. Housekeeping is included in the price (once in a week's stay). Linen, bath, and pool towels are also provided and also changed once in a week's stay.

Neighbourhood information

The small village is just a few minutes from Argostoli. The neighbourhood is super friendly and all essentials are walkable - bakery/cafe/market/grill house and a weekday bus takes you into the center. You will feel very safe staying here even after walking out after sunset. It is an ideal place for relaxation as it offers tranquility and a view of the Argostoli bay. You can also have great views of the airport at sunset over by Byron’s bar. Access to dozens of island beaches and the airport is easy, just a few minutes drive. You definitely need a car to appreciate the full beauty of the island
