Welcome to this comfortable and elegant 48 sqm apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a newly built building in 2024. Here you will find the perfect conditions to relax and enjoy your stay in Kalamata. With attention to detail and love for our guests, our accommodation offers all the amenities you will need during your stay. The view towards the mountains is simply breathtaking and, combined with the quality of construction and the equipment of the accommodation, will make your stay exceptional. The apartment features a fully equipped fitted kitchen, ideal for those who love cooking. The bright bedroom with a view promises a restful and comfortable sleep after a day full of exploration. The 2 large balconies offer an additional dimension to the living experience and are the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and the sunrise (if you are an early bird) or a dinner under the open sky, admiring the stars and the full moon! Access to the apartment is currently via a shared staircase. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood on the eastern side of the city. At 400m, there are 2 supermarkets and the bus stop 10 of the Urban KTEL, is 100m awayg. You have the opportunity to move towards the beach and the city center. You have access to the regional-national road in just 1 minute, giving you the opportunity to reach destinations of interest, such as Mani. We would like to inform you that a small building is being constructed on the adjacent plot and there may be possible noise at times.
